Nedelya
The story of "Nedelya" began on April 1, 1993, when Radoslava and Georgi Minchev opened a small pastry shop in Baba Nedelya Square in Sofia. Initially 3 people worked in the pastry shop, and the Minchev family produced the cakes themselves and welcomed their first customers.
To this day, the Minchev family believes that the handmade, high-quality products and fresh cakes are the reasons why "Nedelya" is a favorite all over Bulgaria.
The chain has 35 restaurants in Bulgaria and 10 in Bucharest. Each Sunday pastry shop provides its fans with comfort, coziness and the opportunity to celebrate their #smallmoments every day.
